When you decide to engage us to prepare your income tax return, you will need to register your interest on our website. You will be offered to choose your the tax return fee estimated quote as well as  to check our terms and conditions  set in our engagement letter, and sign it with e-signature. 

Tax Return preparation process will require you to provide us with your Photo ID for identifications purposes and complete our request for information form, you will be able to ask us questions, and send us your support documents if we ask. We expect you to deal with our queries promptly. In some instances we may provide you with various information summaries, check lists, short videos if you need to understand some taxation implications, rules, etc. They are easy to comprehend and fun to watch.

As part of our client support you will also be offered a Client Portal account which is a highly secured hub to keep our communications and documents safe. It is a complimentary and optional service but highly recommended by us as you will be able to access your documents and correspondences not only during the tax season but throughout the year as well. Individual tax returns do not usually require consultation, however for complex matters, online consults or face to face meeting for local clients are offered. For online appointments we will provide you with our virtual scheduler to choose the times and dates that suits you best.

Please note that it usually takes up to 14 days for the ATO to issue you with the Notice of Assessment once the tax return is lodged. We will receive a copy of your Notice and check it for any discrepancies against our estimate. This will be the last stage of your annual income tax compliance process.
